Creators are responsible for ensuring that all uploaded content complies with applicable laws in their region.

3Prohibited Creator Content

• Creators must not upload:
• hateful content
• violent or abusive content
• sexual content involving minors
• emotional harassment
• bullying
• self-harm encouragement
• explicit threats
• deepfake impersonations

Violations may result in removal.

Content designed to emotionally distress individuals or groups is prohibited.

4Identity and Face Rules

• Creators must not:
• post images of others without consent
• impersonate real people
• upload deepfake content
• use AI to alter someone’s identity

Faces and emotions belong to the person, not the uploader.

Creators must not upload biometric or emotional information of other individuals without consent.

5Emotional Safety Rules

• Creators must not:

• encourage self-harm
• pressure users
• target emotional insecurities
• exploit vulnerable users

Miyraa prioritizes emotional wellbeing.

Creators must not manipulate emotional vulnerability for views, influence, or engagement.

6Child & Minor Safety

• Creators must not:
• publish content exploiting minors
• encourage minors to share personal data
• contact minors in inappropriate ways
• romanticize adult-minor interaction

Any content involving minors must adhere to strict safety visibility and interaction rules.

7Copyright

Creators may upload only content they own or have permission to use.

Copyright violations may result in removal.

8Content Ownership

Creators keep ownership of their content, but grant Miyraa a license to:

• display
• reproduce
• distribute
• host
• promote within Miyraa

This license ends when content is deleted, unless legally required otherwise.

This license allows Miyraa to store backup copies for technical or legal reasons even after deletion, where required by law.

This license includes the right for Miyraa to generate thumbnails, previews, and automated adaptations necessary for delivering the content efficiently across devices.

9Monetization Eligibility

• Monetization features may require:
