- violent content
- explicit adult content
- self-harm encouragement
- harmful challenges
- suicide encouragement
Miyraa may remove or restrict content violating emotional safety.
Graphic, gory, or shocking content designed to cause distress is prohibited, even if presented as educational or humorous.
3Authentic Identity
Miyraa values identity integrity.
- Users must not:
- impersonate others
- create misleading accounts
- use fake names for harassment
- claim someone else’s identity
We may request identity verification when required for safety.
Users must not upload images of another person without consent.
Accounts created using another person's images, voice, or AI-generated likeness are considered impersonation.
4Emotional Safety First
Miyraa may limit features or interactions if:
- someone appears at risk
- harmful behaviour is detected
- manipulation attempts are identified
We prioritize emotional well-being over engagement.
Users may not attempt to emotionally manipulate others through threats of self-harm, guilt, pressure, or coercion.
5No Hate or Discrimination
- Content targeting people based on:
- religion
- race
- nationality
- gender
- orientation
- disability
…is strictly forbidden.
Hate includes degrading jokes, memes, symbols, slurs and stereotypes.
6Child Safety
Users below applicable age may require parental consent.
- We strictly prohibit:
- harmful interactions with minors
- grooming
- sexual contact
- child exploitation
- adult-minor relationships
We may report to law enforcement where legally required.
Miyraa does not allow minors to interact with adults in ways that create emotional, romantic or sexual risk.
We may report any suspected child harm to relevant authorities as required by law.
Adults may not initiate private conversations with minors unless they are verified guardians or have explicit parental authorization.
7Deepfake, AI Manipulation, or Facial Abuse
- Users must not:
- upload deepfake content of others
- manipulate someone’s image
- detect emotion of someone without consent
- analyze emotional data of others
Users must not attempt to detect emotions of others without explicit consent.
Moderation decisions may be based on behavioral patterns, context, or reasonable suspicion even if a single post does not show a clear violation.
Users may not upload AI-generated content that realistically depicts events that never occurred without clear disclosure.
8Respect Intellectual Property
Do not upload content you do not own or have rights to share.
Users must remove content if asked by the rightful owner.
9Reporting & Moderation
- Users can report:
- harmful content
- unsafe interactions
- misbehavior
- abuse
- identity fraud
- Miyraa may take action including:
- warnings
- feature restrictions
- account limits
- permanent removal
We may disable accounts during investigation.
Moderation decisions may be based on behavioral patterns, context, or reasonable suspicion even if a single post does not show a clear violation.
10Zero-Tolerance Violations
- Immediate removal may apply to:
- child safety violations
- threats
- violence
- illegal activity
- sexual exploitation
- identity abuse
