- Miyraa does NOT allow ads for:
- illegal products
- adult content
- discriminatory content
- weapons
- drugs
- violence
- gambling (where restricted)
- harmful financial schemes
- exploitation of minors
- deepfake impersonation
- emotional manipulation
We may remove or restrict prohibited ads automatically.
Miyraa may remove ads that appear safe but become harmful based on user reports or safety review.
3Sensitive Categories
- Miyraa may restrict ads involving:
- alcohol
- smoking
- medicine
- supplements
- political content
- financial services
- mental health products
Some categories may require pre-approval.
Some categories may require age verification before display.
4No Emotional Manipulation
- Ads must not:
- exploit emotional vulnerability
- pressure users
- create emotional distress
- manipulate fear
Ads must respect emotional wellbeing.
Ads must not intentionally provoke fear, anxiety or self-harm thoughts.
5Advertising to Minors
- Advertisers must not:
- target minors with unsafe products
- promote adult content
- encourage dangerous behavior
Targeting minors is restricted.
Minor audiences may be automatically restricted from seeing certain ads.
6Child Protection
- Ads must not:
- sexualize minors
- use minor faces without consent
- exploit children emotionally
Ads cannot show children in unsafe or harmful situations.
7Deepfake and AI Content
- Ad content must not:
- impersonate real people
- use AI deepfake likenesses
- alter identities without consent
Violations may result in account action.
AI-generated content must clearly disclose that it is AI-generated where required by law.
8Truthful Advertising
- Ads must:
- be accurate
- not misleading
- not deceptive
- not make false claims
We may require evidence for claims.
We may request supporting documents for medical, financial, or scientific claims.
Edited or AI-altered imagery used to exaggerate results is prohibited unless clearly disclosed.
9Compliance With Laws
- Advertisers are responsible for complying with:

- safety rules
- product restrictions

Advertisers are responsible for ensuring ads meet legal requirements in each region where displayed.
10Sponsored Content
- Creators must clearly disclose:
- paid promotions
- brand deals
- sponsored content
- advertising partnerships
Undisclosed ads may result in removal.
Creators must follow advertising disclosure standards such as #ad or “paid partnership”.
Miyraa may label content as sponsored even if the creator fails to disclose it.
11Restricted Audiences
Certain ads may be shown only to:
- verified adults
- specific regions
- approved categories
Age filtering may apply automatically.
Some categories may only be available after advertiser verification.
12Ad Format Requirements
- Ads must not:
- be harmful
- contain malware
- trick users
- imitate system messages
- deceive viewers
Unsafe ads will be removed.
Ads may not imitate official Miyraa messages or security alerts.
13Enforcement
- Miyraa may:
- remove ads
- reject campaigns
- restrict advertisers
- suspend accounts
- block payment methods
Enforcement may be immediate.
Miyraa may withhold revenue generated from prohibited advertising.

- Advertisers may appeal ad removal unless:
- child safety risks
- identity misuse
- harmful content
- illegal ads
Miyraa may deny appeals.
Appeal review time may vary based on severity and volume.

Advertisers may not use inferred or predicted emotional states for targeting or optimization.
18No Biometric Targeting
Advertising based on face analysis or biometric signals is prohibited.
- Miyraa never uses biometric information for:
- ad targeting
- audience selection
- marketing decisions
Biometric data cannot be used to measure engagement or interest in ads.
19Personal Information
- Advertisers must not request:
- contact information
- phone numbers
- personal details
- home addresses
- school details
- private conversations
We may remove ads requesting personal information.
Ads must not request private messages or personal chats with minors.
20Political Advertising
- Political ads may be:
- restricted
- blocked
- reviewed
- limited by region
Some political content may not be allowed at all.
Political persuasion campaigns may be blocked entirely in certain countries.
21Health & Medical Advertising
Ads about health or medical products may require:
- pre-approval

Medical misinformation may be removed immediately.

Health ads must not discourage users from seeking professional diagnosis or treatment.

We may refuse verification or revoke advertiser status at our sole discretion.
27Payment & Billing
- Advertising payments must:

We may suspend ads for payment issues.
Failed or disputed payments may result in suspension of active campaigns and future ad access.
Chargebacks or fraudulent payments may lead to permanent loss of advertising privileges.
28Enforcement Actions

- disabling accounts
- withholding revenue (if applicable)
Enforcement may be immediate.
Enforcement may also include limiting future access to advertising tools or programs.
29Removal of Ads
- Ads may be removed if:
- harmful
- deceptive
- unsafe
- misleading
- violate law
- endanger minors
Ads may be removed without notice.
Removal of ads does not create any obligation for Miyraa to provide refunds or compensation.
30Account Suspension
- We may suspend advertisers for:
- repeated violations
- illegal content
- child safety issues
- emotional manipulation
Suspension may be temporary or permanent.
During suspension, existing ads may be paused, hidden, or permanently removed.
31Termination
- Accounts may be terminated for:
- severe violations
- illegal behavior
- child exploitation
- identity abuse
- deepfake misuse
Termination may occur with or without prior notice.
After termination, advertisers may be barred from creating new accounts or running future campaigns.
After termination, all active campaigns may be cancelled without refund.
32Appeals
- Advertisers may appeal decisions except involving:
- minors
- exploitation
- child safety
- identity abuse
- deepfake manipulation
These appeals are automatically denied.
We may limit appeal options for repeat violators or high-risk advertisers.
33Business Partnerships
- Miyraa may require:
- additional verification
- safety reviews
- contract agreements
- compliance checks
Some business ads require pre-approval.
Partnership approval does not guarantee ongoing access; partnerships may be reviewed or revoked at any time.
