Our EIS can detect signals of emotional context — such as distress — to adapt the experience and protect wellbeing. This may include softening the interface, reducing exposure to harmful content, or suggesting a break.
Emotional analysis is used only for protective purposes. It is never used to drive engagement, sell products, or manipulate your behavior.
3Content Moderation Systems
We combine automated analysis with human review to keep the community safe. AI helps flag potential violations — harassment, deepfakes, impersonation, child-safety risks — which are then escalated for review based on severity.
Automated decisions affecting your account can be appealed where legally applicable, with human oversight.
4Human Oversight
AI assists our team — it does not replace human judgment on serious decisions. High-impact actions, especially those involving safety or account termination, involve human review wherever feasible.
